Shipping/Return Policy

For any purchase exceeding 300 euros, your order will be delivered to you free of charge anywhere in greece.

Delivery options

E-Garment.gr offers you the possibility to choose among any of the following delivery options.

A. Express delivery (by courier)

Your order will be sent by courier to the address indicated in your order form. Orders are usually delivered one working-day after the date the order is submitted, with the exception of certain distant regions of the country where delivery time may take up to 3 working-days.

- VAT (19%) is not included in the above charges.

B. Collect your order at Garment store.

If you do not wish to be charged with delivery costs you can come and collect your order directly at our facilities, after arrangements with our company’s special department.

C. Standard Delivery (by Hellenic Post services)

In certain regions of the country where there are no courier stations, orders are shipped through standard post (ELTA) at the charges indicated in the above table.

Return/Exchange Procedures

You may exercise your right to return purchased items within 14 calendar days from the date indicated on the voucher (receipt) of the item to be exchanged-returned (according to e-Garment’s policy, which fully complies with Greek and European legislation). Returns will only be accepted if the date indicated on the postmark or shipping slip falls within the above grace period. Our company reserves the right not to accept late returns.

An obvious condition for the acceptance of a return is that the purchased items be unused, in perfect condition and wrapped in their original packing which should be undamaged.
